1.            Terms and Conditions | 條款及細
 
Interpretation
2.            “Active Members” - means members who have purchased a minimum of one eligible service/product and received a permanent BON”US Easy member card.
3.            “BON”US Easy” - means redemption program operated by BON”US Easy in conjunction with its Partners.
4.            “BON”US Point” - means the unit of measurement of BON”US Easy program, such Point being awarded to members in connection with purchase of services and products; purchased or usage of participating services and products as determined by BON”US Easy in its sole discretion. 
5.             “GNA Media” – Wholly owned and management of “BON”US Easy program”
6.             “Member” - means any person who is registered as member of the BON”US Easy.
7.             “Partner” - means businesses with whom BON”US Easy has made arrangements for members to gain point rewards by using the products or services of such businesses. A full list of partners’ contact is available at www.bonus-easy.com
8.            “Partner/unit”–means each individual outlet or property operating by the same partner. (Individual hotel, resort, boat, dive centre, shop and etc.)
9.            “Terms and Conditions” - means the BON”US Easy Terms and Conditions, which sets out additional information relating to BON”US Easy program, and may be amended from time to time, a copy of which can be found at www.bonus-easy.com 
 
General Terms and Conditions 
10.         These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between GNA Media, Partners and members of BON”US Easy. The terms and conditions should be read carefully, particularly as they include limitations and exclusions of liability in favor of BON”US Easy and Partners. 
11.         BON”US Easy is managed and operated by GNA Media. 
12.         BON”US Easy is open to individuals aged 18 or above. Membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy. 
13.         Permanent Membership card & number will be issued and delivered after the first claim for BON”US Point. The use of this number/card and associated benefits are deemed to be acceptance of these BON”US Easy terms and conditions to the benefit of GNA Media and all Partners.  
14.         Membership in BON”US Easy and membership card are not transferable and may only be used by the member. Membership card remain the property of BON”US Easy and must be returned upon termination of membership or otherwise upon request. Misuse of membership card or program benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits.  
15.         BON”US Easy reserves the right to modify BON”US Easy structure, benefits and other features, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate BON”US Easy program at any time. Although BON”US Easy will use reasonable effort to notify members of material changes to BON”US Easy and/or to these terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the BON”US Easy program and these terms and conditions. Any use of BON”US Easy by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. BON”US Easy and/or Partners will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to BON”US Easy or to these terms and conditions.  
16.         Upon becoming an active member of BON”US Easy, members will receive a permanent membership card. A fee of USD50 will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards. 
 
Membership Enrollment
17.         All consumers in age of 18 or above are eligible to apply membership online at www.bonus-easy.com by complete the “Apply Member”. However, membership is not confirmed and Point accrued will not be honored until the application has been accepted and processed by BON”US Easy.  
18.         BON”US Easy will issue an email confirmation with a temporary Member Card to the applicant within 5 working days. This temporary Member Card can be used immediately for purchase.
19.          BON”US Easy Program Membership application “Join Member” will not valid and be processed unless completed correctly online. Copy of purchase invoice/receipt delivered together can be evident to become active member.
20.         Members will not receive a permanent membership card until the Membership Administrative Fee is being made or waived.
21.         Member of BON”US Easy Program is at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy and BON”US Easy may refuse membership to any applicant. 
 
Membership Termination
22.         A BON”US Easy membership account which has not recorded any activity for a period of 36 months will be suspended and closed without notice, once all remaining BON”US Point have expired. 
23.         BON”US Easy may forthwith terminate the membership of a member and the right of a member to use his/her membership card if a member commits misconduct or fraud, misuses BON”US Easy scheme benefits and rewards, or fails to follow these terms and conditions.  In such circumstances, BON”US Easy shall simultaneously cancel all points of the member. 
24.         BON”US Easy may also terminate the membership of a member at its complete discretion and in such circumstances will provide the member with three to six months notice of termination. Upon expiry of the notice period, all unused points will be cancelled. 
25.         Termination of membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of BON”US Easy, Partners and the member as at the date of termination. 
26.         If a member has redeemed packages, gifts or other rewards for himself/herself or others through fraud, dishonesty or deceit then the member shall without limitation be liable to BON”US Easy or Partners for the full price of the packages or other products or services obtained together with all costs and damages incurred or suffered by BON”US Easy or Partners as a result thereof. 
 
Claim BON”US Point - Member
27.         In order to be eligible for BON”US Point claims, members must quote their membership number at time of paying the bill or upon delivery of Partner products or services. Some Partners may advise of different earning/crediting procedures which should then be followed by members. 
28.         In order to be eligible for BON”US Point claims, members must make sure that the name used in a transaction especially when printed on evident (invoice/receipt), exactly matches the membership name and number as registered with BON”US Easy. 
29.         Only purchases at Partners affixes with Partner signs are eligible to claim BON”US Point. Partner List will be outlined in www.bonus-easy.com and from time to time may be specifically published by BON”US Easy and/or Partners. 
30.         Members  who travel individually or joint group travel are eligible to claim BON”US Point.
31.         Air tickets are not eligible to claim BON”US Point except those air lines are BON”US Easy Partner.  
32.         For promotions restricted to a particular market, residency is determined by the member's preferred mailing address as registered with BON”US Easy Member. 
33.         BON”US Point will only be officially recorded upon the acceptance of a BON”US Easy membership application and approval of membership status.   
34.         BON”US Point is not transferable to other programs and BON”US Easy does not accept the conversion of points from other programs to BON”US Point. 
35.         BON”US Point claim is effective within 30 days after travel; transaction may take another 4 to 6 weeks to be credited to member's account. Claim beyond 30 days limitation will not be entertained. 
36.         BON”US Point is valid to redeem rewards as soon as they are credited to member's account. 
37.         BON”US Point is valid for three years from the date of issue. 
38.         If BON”US Easy incorrectly denies points to a member, then the only liability of BON”US Easy will be to provide the member with the number of Point originally denied.
39.         Alternatively, members can also complete a “Online Claim Form” and send it to BON”US Easy together with supporting documents i.e. BON”US Easy Partner’s invoice/bill or electronic receipt with full name & number of BON”US Easy membership.
40.         All document copies submitted will be retained for record purposes. Members are required to keep original or copies for their own reference. Illegible copies will prolong or may prevent the processing of an application. 
41.         For missing point claims from Partners, members should resolve any issues directly with the Partner concerned. 
42.         Requests for missing BON”US Point cannot be entertained for travel prior to the date of the enrollment into the BON”US Easy scheme. 
43.         Missing point claims are allowed for services and or products purchase from Partners only. 
44.         Claims BON”US Point is at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy 
 
BON”US Point 
45.         The actual point claim by a member are a percentage, there is no minimum point earned guarantee. Point claims are not affected by complimentary upgrades or involuntary downgrades.  
46.         BON”US Easy and/or all Partners may exclude specific package/gift from the claiming of point credits with or without notice to a member. 
47.         Purchase evident must be settled individually and or separately by the Partner in order to claim BON”US Point, group payment will not be entertained.
48.         Claim BON”US Point only from packages and other expenses provided by Partners i.e. restaurants, transfers, taxes and bars.  Tips will not be entertained. 
49.         Partners may apply additional terms and conditions in respect of the availability and eligibility of earning Point.
50.         BON”US Point claim is at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy
 
BON”US Easy Coupon 
51.         BON”US Easy will issue authorized Coupon, imprinted with Partners’ name, package rate, terms, cash value and validity.
52.         Coupon is redeemable by member with BON”US Point only.
53.         Each coupon is valid within 9 months from date of issue.
54.         Successful redeemed coupon will be sent by registered post to global members.
55.         A service charge is incurred to members while redemption confirmed. 
56.         Payment after discount should be settled directly between Members and Partners.
57.         A fee of USD50 will be charged for coupon re-issue in case of lost or coupon damaged. 
 
BON”US Easy Meals
58.         Members staying at hotels and had meals in a participating restaurant at that resort/hotel must be clearly breakdown in order to claim BON”US Point. 
59.         It is member's responsibility to check these purchase evident (invoice/receipt or electronically printed receipts with member name & number) for accuracy and to retain the original customer copy before leaving the restaurant. BON”US Easy is not liable for claims in the event of loss of purchase evident. 
60.         BON”US Point is awarded on total food and beverages spend including service charge and taxes (unless otherwise stated). Tips are excluded. 
61.         Only one dining receipt (or electronically printed restaurant receipt with BON”US Easy membership number) will be issued per restaurant bill. Individual purchase evident is good for claim BON”US Point.  
62.         BON”US Point cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other restaurant-related promotion or discount. Members are advised to check with the restaurants concerned prior to meals. 
63.         Meals Partners may apply additional Terms and Conditions in respect to the availability and eligibility of claiming BON”US Point.
64.         Meals Point claim is at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy
 
Account Statement
65.         Reprints of account statements are available for a period of 12 months from the issue date. A service fee of USD50 will be charged for every statement reprinted.
 
Redeem Rewards
66.         The BON”US Easy website and the quarterly e-catalog features specific rewards.
67.         Members can redeem rewards instantly online by complete the “Online Redeem Form”. 
68.         BON”US Easy will issue an email confirmation to the member should the reward be available in stock. Status of process will be sent to your email address within 5 working days after Point is successfully deducted from your account.
69.         For travel package rewards that require advance reservation, members must contact the respective Partner to confirm a reservation prior to request a redeem. The respective “no-show” and “cancellation” policies of each Partner may apply.  
70.         The original BON”US Easy membership card must be presented upon check-in or purchase.
71.         The sale or barter of BON”US Point or other program benefits are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all BON”US Point or rewards and the cancellation of membership. Violators will be liable for damages suffered or incurred by BON”US Easy, GNA Media and/or partners.
 
Redeem Lifestyle Rewards
72.         The BON”US Catalog features specific lifestyle rewards vary in different countries.
73.         Members can redeem lifestyle rewards instantly online. 
74.         Redemption requests must be made directly by a member. 
75.         Once redemption of the lifestyle award has been processed, BON”US Easy will email the member.
76.         For redemptions that involve redemption letters: 
l   Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day, after the BON”US Point are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letters with mailing addresses in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing addresses outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on the postal service and mailing location.
l   Members may request to receive redemption letters by express courier (rather than by normal mail) for a fee of USD50 or 5,000 Point.
l   Members may request to reprint the redemption letter for a service fee of USD50 or 5,000 Point.
77.         The original copy of a redemption letter and BON”US Easy membership card must be presented on the collection or use of a lifestyle reward.
78.         For redemptions where delivery services are involved, BON”US Easy will issue an email confirmation to the member should the reward be available, then the relevant Partner will make delivery arrangements directly with the member.
 
Partners Promotion
79.         BON”US Easy and Partners may run promotions from time to time offering special BON”US Point. Qualification for these BON”US Point is subject to the terms and conditions of individual promotion where requires pre-registration. BON”US Point will only be credited if members complete the “Online Redeem Form” at www.bonus-easy.com prior to travel or consumption of a Partner's services and products.  
 
Exclusion and Limitation of Liability
80.         BON”US Easy, GNA Media and/or partners shall not be liable to any member or companion for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the BON”US Easy program the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, and awards and the use of awards, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether BON”US Easy, GNA Media and/or partners have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not. 
81.         BON”US Easy will endeavor to ensure the availability of products and services provided by partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by partners to provide such products and services. Where a member uses the services provided by a partner, their terms and conditions will apply and BON”US Easy and GNA Media will not be liable for any loss.   
82.         For the avoidance of any doubt, nothing in these conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. All terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise on the part of BON”US Easy, GNA Media and/or partners are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
Law and Jurisdiction
83.         These terms and conditions and the relationship between BON”US Easy and each member are governed by Hong Kong law. By using the program each member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
84.         If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to other language versions, the English version shall prevail. In case of dispute, BON”US Easy and GNA Media reserves the right to final decision.

1.            活躍會員” – 指進行了最少一次合資格的服務 /產品消費,並收到永久獎賞易會員卡之會員。
2.            獎賞易” –指獎賞易計劃聯同其合作夥伴推行之會員獎勵計劃。
3.            獎賞易積分” – 指「獎賞易」所使用之計算單位,該積分由「獎賞易」根據會員所消費的服務和產品或所使用的參與服務和產品全權酌情決定給予會員。
4.            “GNA Media” – 全權管理獎賞易獎賞計劃。
5.            獎賞易會員”– 指本身為「獎賞易」獎勵計劃會員之任何人士。
6.            夥伴機構/單位” – 指「獎賞易」獎勵計劃已安排提供會員通過使用其產品或服務而賺取積分之公司或機構。夥伴機構名單資料已載於 www.bonus-easy.com
7.            條款及細則” – 指「獎賞易」獎勵計劃條款及細則。
 
一般條款
8.            這些條款及細則支配GNA Media、合作夥伴和獎賞易會員的合同關係。條款及細則應仔細閱讀,特別是因為它們所包含獎賞易獎賞計劃和合作夥伴賠償和排除責任的限制。
9.            獎賞易由GNA Media管理及營運。
10.         所有十八歲或以上人士均可加入獎賞易。會籍不適用於公司 或其他法定團體,獎賞易獎賞計劃有權自行決定是否接納所有會籍之申請。
11.         會員將獲發一張會員卡及一個會員號碼,若會員使用該號碼或會員卡及相關之優惠,即表示已接納由獎賞易獎、GNA Media及所有夥伴機構所訂立的獎賞易條款及細則。
12.         獎賞易之會籍及會員卡只供會員本人使用,並不可轉讓。會員卡屬獎賞易獎賞計劃擁有之財物,一旦會籍被終止或在其他情況下被要求,則必須交 還。若會員不正當使用會員卡或計劃優惠,獎賞易有權隨時終止或暫停其會籍,或撤回有關優惠。
13.         獎賞易保留隨時更改「獎賞易」架構、優惠及其他項目之最終權利,包括本條款及細則,或終止獎賞易獎賞計劃。獎賞易會致力將獎賞易及/或本條款及細則之任何改動通知各會員,惟會員有責任留意獎賞易和本條款及細則之改動及更新。會員一經使用獎賞易之任何設施及優惠,即表示該會員已接納任何有關之改動。因獎賞易或本條款及細則的任何改動而導致任何損失或損毀,獎賞易、GNA Media/或夥伴機構概不負責。
14.         獎賞易之活躍會員將收到一張永久會員卡。對於遺失或損毀永久會員卡,將收取補發費用。
 
申請會員 
15.         任何年滿十八歲人士皆可申請成為會員。
16.         申請人可於www.bonus-easy.com在線填寫「會員註冊」申請表辦理,獎賞易須要五個工作天處理申請。獎賞易以電郵確認成功申請列印臨時會員卡。可以立即引用其會員號碼進行消費,申領積分。惟未經獎賞易處理及認可之申請表,均視為未經確認之會籍,故申領積分將不獲承認。

18.         申請表必須正確填妥,否則申請表將視為無效,並不獲處理。
19.         當成為活躍會員後,會員方可獲發永久會員卡。
20.         獎賞易擁有批核會籍之最終決定權,並可拒絕任何申請人成為「獎賞易」獎勵計劃會員。
 
終止會籍
21.         會員若於 36 個月內未有任何賬戶活動之記錄,其賬戶將會於所有累積積分有效期屆滿日被取消而不作另行通知。
22.         會員可隨時以書面通知獎賞易獎賞計劃終止會籍事宜,並須交還有關會員卡。與此同時,其所有里數積分結餘亦告無效。
23.         若會員作出任何不恰當或欺詐行為,或錯誤使用獎賞易計劃的優惠和獎勵,或未能遵守本條款及細則,獎賞易獎賞計劃有權即時取消其會籍資格及其 使用會員卡的權利。在此情況下,獎賞易獎賞計劃應同時取消該會員的所有里數積分。
24.         獎賞易獎賞計劃亦可依其完全酌情權終止某會員的會籍;並在此情況下向該會員提供 3 - 6 個月的終止通知。通知期到期之後,將取消所有未使用的積分。
25.         因故終止會員資格不得獎賞易獎賞計劃、夥伴機構和該會員截至終止日期的累算權利和補償。
26.         若會員不幸身故,其會籍及所有剩餘之積分將被取消。
27.         若某會員以欺詐、不誠實或欺騙的方式已為自己或他人取得獎賞,則該會員對獎賞易獎賞計劃或夥伴機構的責任應包括但不限於所取得的獎賞或服務的全部價格以及獎賞易獎賞計劃或夥伴機構因此招致或承受的全部費用和損害賠償。
28.         若會籍被終止,會員必須立即將會員卡交還獎賞易獎賞計劃。
 
會員申領獎賞易積分
29.         會員必須在展示有「奬賞易夥伴」標誌之夥伴機構消費結賬,才可以賺取積分。領取夥伴提供之貨品及服務時必需 出示臨時或永久會員卡。部分夥伴可能採用不同之賺取或存入程序,會員應予依循。 
30.         會員如出示臨時/ 永久會員卡賺取積分,必須使用並提供獎賞易獎賞計劃申請表格上相同之會員姓名。 
31.         只有夥伴機構進行之交易方可賺取積分,夥伴機構詳情可參閱獎賞易網站 www.bonus-easy.com /或夥伴機構可能不時特別刊發之訊息。 
32.         會員個人遊或參團旅遊皆合資格申領賺取積分。惟航空機票部份未能受理,除非奬賞易有特別指定之安排除外。
33.         個別推廣優惠只適用於指定地區,其當地會員之定義則以會員於獎賞易獎賞計劃登記之指定郵遞地址為根據。 
34.         獎賞易獎賞計劃之會籍申請一經接納及批核,方會正式記錄會員所賺取之積分。 
35.         獎賞易積分不可轉至其他獎勵計劃,而獎賞易獎賞計劃亦不接受將其他優惠積分轉換。 
36.         獎賞易積分不可轉至其他夥伴機構之優惠計劃。
37.         申領獎賞易積分有效期限於消費日起計三十天內,另須四至六星期審核及存入會員帳戶。申領獎賞易積分如超越消費日起計三十天申請期限,恕不接受辦理。
38.         積分一經存入會員帳戶即可兌換獎賞。
39.         如遇到獎賞易處理或拒絕會員申領之積分出現差誤,獎賞易之責任僅限於補償原來差誤或被拒之積分。
40.         又或具消費單據副本從新申領。
41.         所有提交之消費單據副本祇作記錄用途,會員應保留正本。模糊不清的單據祇會延誤或被拒絕處理。
42.         會員應與夥伴直接並自行處理提供消費單據之要求。
43.         成為獎賞易獎賞計劃會員前的旅遊記錄,恕不接受辦理。
44.         會員能否賺取積分,須受夥伴機構的額外條款及細則所約束。
45.         獎賞易擁有申領積分批核之最終決定權。
 
獎賞易積分
46.         會員申領之積分可能是消費額的百比並無最低積分保證,客位提升或不自願的降級不影響申領。
47.         獎賞易或夥伴機構或有額外之指定服務或禮品不設獎勵,恕不另行通知。
48.         申領積分所用之單據必須為個人消費,集體或團體消費單據祇計算個人消費之部份。
49.         申領積分限於夥伴提供之套票與其旗下之消費如餐廳、交通、稅項及酒吧等。小費恕不受理。
50.         個別夥伴或有額外條款及細則影響所賺取積分。
51.         獎賞易擁有申領積分批核之最終決定權。
 
獎賞易優惠券
52.         獎賞易獲夥伴授發出之優惠券,列明夥伴名稱、套票價值、包含內容、優惠券價值及使用限期。
53.         會員祇可用積分兌換優惠券。
54.         每張優惠券由發出日期起計9個月內有效使用,逾期即廢。
55.         成功兌換之優惠券會以掛號郵寄至全球會員登記之郵遞地址。
56.         獎賞易會向會員收取服務費,優惠券餘額直接支付夥伴機構。
57.         優惠券如有遺失或損毀而需補發,獎賞易會收取50美元作為服務費。
 
 
58.         必須於會員住宿之參與餐廳內進膳及結賬,方可賺取積分。若會員入住酒店或渡假村,並於其內的參與餐廳惠顧美膳,則必須於該夥伴機構餐廳分開結賬,方可賺取積分。 
59.         會員於離開餐廳前,有責任核對單據(或印有會員號碼之電子打印的餐廳收據)以確保所載資料正確無誤,並須保留顧客存根正本。若因遺失單據及/或於惠顧時未有出示認可之會員卡,而導致遺失積分,獎賞易獎賞計劃概不負責。 
60.         積分根據包括服務費及稅項(除特別說明外)的餐膳消費的總和計算,小費則不包括在內。
61.         每次結賬,餐廳只會發出單據(或印有會員姓名及會員號碼之電子打印餐廳收據)一張。獨立單據較易申領積分。
62.         積分不可與其他與餐廳有關之推廣或折扣優惠一同使用。獎賞易建議會員於惠顧前先向有關餐廳查詢。 
63.         賺取積分之資格,或須受夥伴機構餐廳的額外條款及細則所約束。
 
帳戶結單
64.         會員可於發單日起計,申請補發 12個月內的賬戶結算單,惟每張補發結算單須繳付 50 美元作為服務費。
 
會員兌換獎賞
65.         獎賞易網站及獎賞集電子季刊羅列所有獎賞詳情。
66.         會員祇須要用積分在線立即兌換獎賞。
67.         當查實獎賞貨存,獎賞易成功扣除會員戶口內所需積分,將在五個工作天內發出確認電郵至會員郵箱。
68.         所有關於旅遊住宿套票,會員必須先獲有關夥伴確認訂房日期,再行兌換。當會員 缺席取消之情況出現,夥伴機構有權執行其條款。會員必須負責因其缺席取消而導致獎賞易獎賞計劃、GNA Media/或夥伴機構之所有損失。
69.         會員一律禁止發售或交換累積之積分、旅遊獎賞或其他優惠。如有違反,所有積分或獎賞均作無效,會籍亦會被取消。會員必須負責因其不恰當行為而導致 獎賞易獎賞計劃、GNA Media/或夥伴機構之所有損失。
 
夥伴特別宣傳
70.         賞易和夥伴機構可不時進行促銷,提供獎賞積分。獲得這些獎賞積分的資格須受每項促銷的條款和細則的規限。若促銷要求預先登記,則獎賞積分僅在會員於旅行或消費夥伴機構產品和服務之前在獎賞易網頁上完成登記手續後計入。
休閒生活獎賞
71.         獎賞集內列出各項休閒生活奬賞會因各地區或國家而有所不同。
72.         會員可通過www.bonus-easy.com在線申請,即時兌換。
73.         兌換休閒生活奬賞必而為會員本人。
74.         一經處理,獎賞易將以電郵通知會員。
以兌換獎賞通知書兌換奬賞: 
l   你的兌換奬賞通知書將根據你指定的地址,於閣下賬戶成功被扣除里數的兩個工作天寄出。香港境內之平郵服務約需時一週,香港境外則最多需時三週。實際郵遞時間視乎郵政服務供應商及寄送之地區而定。
l   會員可選擇以速遞服務發出兌換奬賞通知書(一般將以郵件寄出),服務費為 50 美元或 5,000積分。
l   會員可申請補發兌換奬賞通知書,服務費為50 美元或 5,000積分。
75.         會員須於享用、領取或收取生活品味奬賞時出示兌換奬賞通知書正本及其獎賞易會員卡。
76.         如奬賞包括送貨服務,獎賞易將發出確認電郵予會員。有關夥伴機構將直接與會員安排送遞事宜。
 
責任免除及限制
77.         獎賞易獎賞計劃、GNA Media/或夥伴機構均不對有關計劃提供或拒絕提供有關優惠以及獎賞和獎賞的使用,而招致會員或同行貴賓需承擔任何間接或隨之 而造成之任何損失/損毀或開支負責。無論此等後果乃因會員之疏忽而引致,或因獎賞易獎賞計劃、GNA Media/或夥伴機構在所能控制之情況下發生,獎賞易獎賞計劃、GNA Media/或夥伴機構概不負責。
78.         獎賞易獎賞計劃將全力確保夥伴機構能提供有關產品和服務,但不負責因夥伴機構未能提供有關產品和服務所引致的損失。當會員享用夥伴機構的服務時,須受夥伴機構的條款及細則所約束,獎賞易獎賞計劃及GNA Media亦不會負責任何損失。 
79.         為避免產生任何疑問,這些條件中任何規定均不得排除對因疏忽所造成的人員傷亡的法律責任。通過成文法或以其他方式明示或默示的關於獎賞易獎賞計劃及/或夥伴機構的所有條款特此在法律許可的最大範圍內予以排除。
 
法律及司法管轄權 
80.         以上條款及細則,以及獎賞易獎賞計劃及所有會員之間的關係,均受香港法例所約束。所有會員使用有關計劃時,均受香港法庭條例的限制。
81.         如英文版本之條款及細則與其他語言版本有差異,概以英文版為準。若有任何爭議,獎賞易獎賞計劃及GNA Media保留最終決定權。
