1.            Anybody age 18 or above is eligible to apply membership. Membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy.

2.            Membership can be applied online at www.bonus-easy.com by complete the “Apply Member” form. An email attached with a temporary membership card bearing member’s name and number will be sent out in 2 working days (Sat. & Sun. off), members are eligible to purchase at Partners. However, membership is not confirmed and Point accrued will not be honored until the application to join BON”US Easy has been accepted and processed by BON”US Easy. 

3.            Upon becoming an active member of BON”US Easy, a Permanent membership card will be issued and mailed after the first claim for BON”US Point.

4.            The use of thismembership card and number associated benefits are deemed to be acceptance of these BON”US Easy terms and conditions to the benefit of GNA Media and all Partners. A fee of USD50 will be charged for replacing lost or damaged membership card .

5.            BON”US Easy membership card is not transferable. Misuse of membership card or program benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits. 

6.            A BON”US Easy membership account which has not recorded any activity for a period of 36 months will be suspended and closed without notice, once all remaining BON”US Point have expired.

7.            BON”US Point claim is effective within 30 days after travel; transaction may take another 4 to 6 weeks to be credited to member's account.

8.            BON”US Easy reserves the right to modify BON”US Easy structure, benefits and other features, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate BON”US Easy program at any time.

9.            Any use of BON”US Easy membership card by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. BON”US Easy and/or Partners will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to BON”US Easy or to these terms and conditions.

10.         Member of BON”US Easy Program is at the sole discretion of BON”US Easy and BON”US Easy may refuse membership to any applicant.

11.         所有十八歲或以上人士均可加入成為獎賞易會員。會員不適用於公司 或其他法定團體，獎賞易獎勵計劃有權自行決定是否接納所有會員之申請。

12.         申請人可到www.bonus-easy.com在線填寫「申請會員」表辦理，處理需要2 工作天(星期六及日休息) 。經獎賞易以電郵確認，並列印附上之臨時會員卡。可以立即引用其會員號碼進行消費，及申領積分。惟未經獎賞易處理及認可之申請表，均視為未經確認之會籍，故申領積分將不獲承認。

13.         會員將獲發會員卡及會員號碼，若會員使用該號碼或會員卡及相關之優惠，即表示已接納由獎賞易獎、GNA Media及所有夥伴機構所訂立的獎賞易條款及細則。

14.         獎賞易會員卡只供會員本人使用，並不可轉讓。若會員不正當使用會員卡或優惠計劃，獎賞易有權隨時終止或暫停其會籍，或撤回有關優惠。對於遺失或損毀永久會員卡，將收取50美元補發費用。

15.         獎賞易保留隨時更改獎賞易獎勵計劃之架構、優惠及其他項目之最終權利，包括本條款及細則，或終止獎賞易獎勵計劃。獎賞易會致力將獎賞易及/或本條款及細則之任何改動通知各會員，惟會員有責任留意獎賞易和本條款及細則之改動及更新。

16.        每次申領獎賞易積分有效期限於消費日起計三十天內，另需四至六星期審核及存入會員帳戶。申領獎賞易積分如超越上述申請期限，恕不接受辦理。

17.         所有提交之消費單據副本祇作記錄用途，會員應保留正本。模糊不清的單據祇會延誤或被拒絕處理。會員應與夥伴直接並自行處理要求消費單據之程序。

18.         會員一經使用獎賞易之任何設施及優惠，即表示該會員已接納任何有關之改動。因獎賞易或本條款及細則的任何改動而導致任何損失或損毀，獎賞易、GNA Media及/或夥伴機構概不負責。

19.         會員若於 36 個月內未有任何賬戶活動之記錄，其賬戶將會於所有累積積分有效期屆滿日被取消而不作另行通知。

20.         獎賞易擁有批核會籍之最終決定權，並可拒絕任何申請人成為獎賞易獎勵計劃會員。
